FUN group Bachata class with Salsa Esencia team
We're pleased to welcome Anthony Lee and his partner Ally to Salsa Esencia.
Anthony teaches salsa and bachata in the Hampshire/Berkshire/Dorset area. He is a lovely dancer and we are pleased to finally have him coming further east to Littlehampton.
Anthony and Ally will be performing a special bachata demo to give you all a taste of this beautiful dance.
Bachata is a romantic dance originating from the Dominican Republic. The music is different to salsa and has a disctict sound from the predominant use of guitars and percussion.
Evolving from Bolero it has a romantic, bitter sweet sound and the subject of songs are often romantic tales of heartache and sadness.
OPEN USUAL TIMES 8PM - GROUP CLASS AT 8:30. SOCIAL DANCING UNTIL 11PM £6 class £4 students
